Neetyabhas: A Framework for Uncertainty-Aware Public Policy Optimization in Rational Agent-Based Models

Neetyabhas propose un cadre de simulation multi-agents pour optimiser les politiques de santé publique face aux incertitudes. Le modèle intègre 1 000 agents individuels (décisions de masquage, vaccination, déplacements) et des décideurs politiques utilisant des agents RL hiérarchiques (DQN, DDPG, TD3). Les résultats montrent que masquage et vaccination réduisent significativement pic et durée épidémique.

Thinking Through Signs: PEEL as a Semiotic Scaffolding for Epistemically Accountable AI-Enabled Research

PEEL est un cadre méthodologique combinant analyse déterministe (Voyant Tools) et interprétation par Claude pour évaluer la responsabilité épistémique des LLM en recherche. Appliqué à des résumés générés par IA, il révèle des distorsions systématiques invisibles sans mesure non-IA et propose trois implications : instrumenter les outils IA, distinguer fluidité et fidélité, concevoir l'autorité épistémique.
